From different diets to lasting weight loss: Shima’s story
Meet my amazing client Shima!
When she first started with me she was struggling to lose weight - having tried lots of different diets, but unable to keep her results long term.
As a busy working mom, she didn’t know what she was doing wrong, nor did she have the bandwidth or time to figure it out.
But, she knew she could feel better and she wanted to get back to a healthy place again. Not just for herself, but also to be a role model for her daughter.
Over the course of the 12-week ReShape U program, Shima found a routine of meal planning for the entire family (not just for her daughter), learned how to balance her diet, and began strength training for the first time ever!
Her ultimate goal was to lose 10-15 lbs and keep it off.
Not only did she lose 11 lbs during the program, but almost a year later - Shima is still eating right, strength training consistently, and has maintained the weight loss.
